With a strong medical background and over a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have a deep understanding of the physical and emotional challenges women face during midlife, particularly during menopause. My approach is enriched by my certifications as a Certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach, and Certified Human Design Coach, allowing me to offer a comprehensive and personalized approach to wellness.

My journey through menopause has led me to develop a Natural and Holistic Approach that blends Eastern and Western perspectives, focusing on nutrition, mindfulness, meditation, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance overall well-being. My mission is to guide other women through this transition, helping them to discover the joy, inner peace, and confidence that come from adopting the right foods, mindfulness practices, and lifestyle changes.
